Payment, Shipping & Returns

Payment can be made with all major credit cards and debit cards or Paypal. Our checkout supports Paypal and Stripe, both of which provide secure and trusted payment.  Go La La does not have access to or store your payment details.

Most orders placed before 4.30pm are dispatched the same day, and after 4.30pm within 24 hours.

Shipping to UK

All orders are charged a flat rate shipping fee of £1. So you can fill your basket with goodies and only pay £1 postage for your entire order!

International Orders

International shipping charges are based on the weight of the order; small orders will be sent via Royal Mail International Standard airmail, while larger orders may be sent by courier. Charges are listed below.

Returns

We want you to be happy with everything you order and do our utmost to ensure this is the case. If your item arrives damaged, faulty or is incorrect then you can return it within 7 days for an exchange or refund.

Returned products must be in their original packaging and in resalable conditions. Please attach a copy of your invoice or original order number for identification purpose.

Refunds will be issued within 7 days of receipt of the returned goods.

Postage or other return costs are the customer’s responsibility but will be reimbursed by us if the goods are damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied.
